Dave and all,
The reason of not having any new TLD's is not the fault of NSI, rather
many would argue that the reason is that the gTLDF-MoU, Jon Postel,
and the iana and now ICANN have attempted to "Capture" the DNS
and IP address systems for their own special purposes.
