1. Question to ICANN: who wrote the draft guidelines for registrars???
Or would announcing this simple fact be too destabilizing to the interests
of the GIP? IBM, MCI, etc.
2. who will be first to sue ICANN? I think the announcement of suit will
be made soon. I nominate who ever moves first to sue ICANN receive this
years EFF pioneer award and expect that esther will recuse herself from the
debate on that decision.
