recommendations to the ICANN Board regarding TLDs, including
operation, assignment and management of the domain name system

as a PSO template, I failed to reword this section.

This was an attempt to provide some recognition to other
entities. Feel free to adjust it as appropriate. Certainly
protocol developers - as Karl frequently points out - have
a significant interest
Tony - I have a question. who authored this malignant beast?As indicated, I simply took the Singapore draft and replaced
relevant terms to provide a template for the PSO.
