What are we supposed to do Kent? Becky offered to call us.
We don't talk to anbody without ex partate rules; if Becky is
not cool with that we won't talk to her. This has not
been a problem so far, nor do I personally think it
will be in the future.
If you have a problem with that perhaps you can suggest
another way for ORSC to talk to DoC; no resonable
suggestion will be overlooked. Note that "you shouldn't
be talking to DoC" is probably the wrong answer.
