I look forward to a timely transcript of the call, then. However,
given the speed with which events transpire, the transcript would
have to be available almost immediately to be of value in this
discussion.

You miss the point.
The problem (and it is a *real* problem) is that ORSC is getting
privileged access to NTIA. There have been no such offers to POC, or
DNSO, or CORE, or IFWP, or INTA, or anyone else. Now, perhaps you
are suggesting that anyone from one of those groups, or other groups,
can email Ms Burr, and thus get a conference call arranged. I don't
think that is what Ms Burr wants to do, however. If it is, I'm sure
that David Maher, Ken Stubbs, and a large set of others will be
quite interested in such calls. We would all like private briefings
as to what is going on in NTIA, and we would have no problem with ex
parte rules, either.

The for sure right answer is that ORSC should be treated like
everyone else. That probably means that ORSC should not be talking
to DoC.
