It is false.

All that I was able to locate on this subject was a flat out refusal to do so
unless some other conspiracy you claimed as going on at the time disclosed who
they were working for.

To rephrase, you have never made this public disclosure on any of the relevent
domain policy discussion lists.  Not once, not ever.

My original comment then still stands, and I paste it here below for you to try
and respond to again, please.

This type of claim requires that one divulge who they are representing.  If you
are not able, or willing, to do that, your request cannot be taken seriously,
or given any additional weight as a result of your claimed representation.
