Please post references then. I have all of these lists archived, and I cannot
locate it, neither can others on these lists. Post references to such a list,
or stop making false claims.

LOL - Nice attempt to turn this around. I notice you support me on this issue
when I post something in support of a position you hold, and attack me with it
when I post something contrary about you. :) Nice personal attack, and no, it
really does not bother me that you post this.

Firther, you know perfectly well, and it has been posted on this list, that
there was no fraud, and exactly what the issues are.

However, there are some new developments in the few days, and expect a post
publicly from me about this later this week.

Joe Sims and his firm for one.

Post references or stop making false claims. I've search these lists and quite
simply your posts are not there.

Oh yes Jeff. The infamous INEG proposal to NTIA. Just because they accepted
your proposal does NOT mean that they accept your claims or provide and
legitimacy to your claims. And you continued efforts to use this as a claim of
legitimacy just shows how flimsy your foundation is in this area.

Your house of cards is falling, Jeff.

Also, it should be pointed out that just because you CLAIM you have answered a
question in the past is no reason not to post an answer to it again, especially
since none of the other participants on these lists are able to locate this
posts you allege you made.

All it takes is one post to put this to rest. That you are not willing to make
that post says more than anything I can say here about you.
