Kalr, Before I forget, if I am not mistaken, the German Supreme Court has ruled recently that the names in the German telephone directory belong to Deutsche Telekom, and can not be typed in by a competitor and sold via CD ROM. So, such databases *ARE* intellctual property. But then you know that. You just don't *WANT* NSI to prevail, right? el
