Unfortunately the ICANN "Accreditation Policy" is not and has not been
based on a verifiable consensus, hence the "Accredited Registrars"
to which you speak to here, are questionable to that degree, which is
completely not valid.

I am sure this is true, and have heard this as well. Thank you for confirming
it for me. None the less, any new TLD's that should be added should be
first discussed in the open, and second should be determined by the
stakeholders, if a fair, open, and transparent process is to be observed
as required in the MoU and the White Paper.
