Alright let me rephrase it then. There is no current "rule" defining
what you can or cannot do with a domain name. Snice insitgation
of a "rule" will have an unknown effect it would be irresponsible
to apply it to all domain names. Perhaps it it worth experimenting
with a subsset of the namespace to see what effect such a rule
would have.
