Thanks for asking with the plural, because I tend to lose track on which is
really *my* country ;>).
To tell you the truth, I feel that at this point in time the EU is
representing more than other my position in the Internet. I have little
interest in the petty national positions of the individual European
countries, as long as at the European Union the policy is well set.

In this respect, I am happy with Christopher Wilkinson as representative.
I hope that the reps of *my countries ;>)* (Italy? France? Austria?) present
positions that are coherent with the Commission, for their own benefit.

And, should you ask directly whether I would let my rep on the GAC know my
opinion on issues, yes, I do tell Mr. Wilkinson what I think. Of course, he
is free to take or not to take my advice, considering also all other
opinions that he may gather from other individuals.
