Hi Joe,

We are using words to mean different things. I meant 'forebearance' in
the
original UK sense, not your reading of it (as corrected to US spelling
by the
spell-checker, my error). I would maintain my view, particularly in the
clever way
the US government has managed to get the private sector (i.e. you) to
pay directly
for an administration that otherwise would be buried in international
accounting
conventions somewhere.

Why should I know anything of IBM's interest? They're my ISP.
