We're using cfajax right now--it works but it leaves a bit to be
desired.  I haven't messed with ajaxcfc yet, but one of the big
advantages is that it doesn't require a virtual directory and has much
better debugging capabilities than cfajax.  We're going to move to
something other than cfajax at some point.  Given a choice between
just those two I'd go with ajaxcfc.
