What is the error? Do you have your db set to handle extended chars? like utf-8?

Hi,
We've been having trouble with a text registration import... The person has
used special characters in their name - a c with the accent. When trying to
import this comma separated text file, it's throwing an error when it comes
to the ć.
Any suggestion on how to get past this?
