What if someone were?

I have a situtation where I need to FTP from behind a Microsoft Proxy
server (at a client loction). 

FTP clients with "passive mode" options work just fine, but the Win32
FTP client and REBOL (by default) fail can't find the FTP servers. 

Is there a "passive/firewall mode" for REBOL FTP?
