By "everything" do we mean CGI?
I mean if someone on the development team were given responsiblity for
the HTML, and wanted to use their visual editor of choice, would that
be OK? Of couse, if any custom server-side CGI were required (say a PUT
handler), then of course REBOL would be have to be used for that. After
all, integrating REBOL with other (non-scripting) products is also an
important area.
