This is exactly why I have always, and will continue to, advocate that the best browser going for keyboard users is Opera. Period. It allows heading navigation with the "s" and "w" keys, cycles through links with "a" and "q" and cycles through form controls on the "tab" cycle. It is incredibly configurable and has an excellent accesskey mode that helps prevent the many conflicts that can occur (yes, I did just say that, despite my many historical articles that I have written on accesskeys).
