I guess I didn't make it clear enough in my original post. I do have
the GNU getopt library installed (from a port), but getting a bincimap
port to build requires some extra help in the port's Makefile to get
it to look for this library (and header).
I haven't heard back from the ports manager about my last update,
but I have a feeling I should submit another PR for it. Either way,
I can change the port to require gnugetopt.
