These files are shown in the mailbox list because they are candidates for 
mailboxes, but I agree that it looks a bit messy. Binc IMAP could skip all 
entries that are not mailboxes - that would perhaps make more sense.

I guess the reason nobody mentioned this before on the list is because 
it's purely a cosmetic thing, and doesn't affect the server's 
functionality in any way. :)
