It is absolutely not a bug. It is intended behavior. This behavior may not 
be optimal when a user is subscribing to mailboxes, because there are lots 
of things to subscribe to that are not in fact mailboxes. But to keep 
things clear - this is not a bug, it's a feature request. :)
