I didn’t realize myself that this is only available on laptops. I did notice
that you only get the Manage Default Printers button if you click on a printer,
or at least that’s what I’m seeing.

I had to set a printer as default, then it appeared.
Location based printing is under Manage Default Printers just as Charles
mentioned.
Only available in “premium” versions of WIN7

Eric, what you’re looking for is built right into Windows 7, if not earlier
versions.
Devices and Printers > Manage Default Printers.

I split time between two different offices with two different subnets. How can
I change my default printer based on which office I am at? I am constantly
printing things to the other office...
