>Now every EV should have a good cutoff regardless if
it is controller or contactor.
I have an Albright ED250B on my dash board. The dash is all black and has a HUGE RED BUTTON that you can't miss.

I tied my cutoff switch into my now unused clutch lever. In emergency situations, when fractions of a second count, I decided I would not think fast enough to hit a button or switch somewhere off the handle bars. Squeezing the clutch in an emergency stop is a natural reflex after riding ICE motorcycles for a while. Because of this reflex, I have used it a couple of times when it wasn't necessary, but I prefer to error on the side of safety.

I started with the big red switch on the tank also, but having to move my hands off the handle bars in a crisis was worrisome. Mark T.
