I think Paul actually meant "use a fan as a regen mechanism" not as a perpetual
motion device.
Given the non-regen limitation of series DC motors, its not totally wacky. However Paul, if I have represented your idea
correctly, it makes me think of an airboat or airbrakes, and that doesn't fit well with motorcycles. It would take an
impossibly big fan. Just getting better batteries and clean electricity and/or H2 and fuel cells would be much better.
