Of the presidential candidates Hillary seem to be the most ardent supporter of EV's, Battery Technology, etc. She is willing to put the support of the Federal Government behind companies making EV's and rebates to those who purchase. You are all correct though about the individual candidates not their party. Imagine if Bush had not declared himself the winner where we would be with Al Gore at the helm. We would all be driving EV's already and charging them with rooftop solar and wind turbines.
