Hi Donna, What you could probably do is restrict access to that form to a group of approvers? That way it wouldn't matter as much. Otherwise you would probably have to write some code to populate the resource field with the current user accessing the page.
Would either of those be an alright option? When you say you've customised the form, I assume you've done it with SPD? Problem: Anyone can open the form and approve the job using someone else's name. Example: I open a task, click the radio button approve, and put in the resource field my manager's name. How do I 'lock' down that radio button so the person who has selected the approve radio button is the person whose name appears as the person who approved it?
