This would prevent a user from impersonating another user by entering false details on the form. This is relatively easy to do with a SharePoint Designer workflow if you don't want to go down the path of a coded solution using Visual Studio. The only problem with restricting the form to approvers is that the approvers can change at a moment's notice. Easiest method is to lock down the library itself to an approved group. Problem: Anyone can open the form and approve the job using someone else's name. Example: I open a task, click the radio button approve, and put in the resource field my manager's name. How do I 'lock' down that radio button so the person who has selected the approve radio button is the person whose name appears as the person who approved it?
