Hi
I teach 6th grade Language Arts in Social Studies at a middle school
where we have 6,7, 8th grade students. Our school is also thinking
about REad 180. My question is this. This is my question. Some
teachers go out to the elementary schools and test kids who may be
struggling in reading. then those students are put into a remedial
reading class. The assessment they use is called the Gates McGinite.
Can anyone give me some feedback on this test and possibly suggest a
different assessment.
Thanks
