That is up to the person sending the message to change. 
 The server just adds to the beginning.  I don't think 
there is a way to change what that says in the server 
without changing the list name.

As far as the footer goes.  I plan to trim that down once 
everyone knows the about everything.  Just trying to make 
it easy for everybody to find what they need for help.

Also in looking at the archive search it looks like it has 
indexed some keywords but not all of them yet.  If this 
works like other search engines I have dealt with it may 
take some time to index the new posts.
