I have a Force 10 range with manual oven adjustment, no auto temperature
control. In addition, the burner is a small stovetop burner which burns
everything in the center while having trouble getting the oven above 300 F. I
was wondering if I could convert this to auto temp control with a bigger
burner, or possibly improve the performance any other way.
What is really nice about this range is that it has a broiler on top of the
oven.
