I have a Force 10 range with manual oven adjustment,In addition, the burner is a small stovetop burner which burns everything in the center while having trouble getting the oven above 300 F.Lee Haefele Wife read your statement, after I called her over to read. We have had three boats with Force 10 ranges and never had anything burn, nor problems with 350 deg bake....she suggests something definitely wrong with your particular unit or something is missing...eg heat reflector, OR you have two many sundowners while waiting for dinner to bake and it burned..
