I don't know Peter, The DVD reader it has the choices but I do not know for the TV itself. The manual says "broadcast system= ntsc/ pal but have no way to confirm that. Now that I read it better it says composite video input ==> ntsc/pal/secam S-video input ==> ntsc/pal/secam antenna (RF) ==>ntsc/pal
