skip the container...
all the people/animals that just pee in the water...ok for 1, (but who could 
police?) not ok for volume.
Anyone live in the country and pee in there own back yard? ;-)

I once saw a statistic to the effect that 90% of drowning victims recovered
from falling overboard are found with their fly unzipped.....Just something
to ponder in view of the current discussion.

Needless to say we're talking about the male of the species...
