The LAST thing you want to do with electrical distribution cable on a boat is run it in conduit. The vibratory environment on board will insure that the inside of the conduit will wear away the insulation on the outside of the cables. Marine wiring needs to be secured at 12"-18" intervals, against the hull or other structural member with cable clamps and a screw. Same goes for multi conductor harnesses.
