BTW, I have scrapped out that antenna I used the fitting you gave me for.  Do 
your want the fitting back?

To everyone: when you scrap out an antenna save the threaded metal mounting 
ferril, it might come in handy some day as it did for me to adapt an odd 
antenna.

Sure, ss anchor parts do much better in the air and rain, but the disintegrated 
bobstay on Crystal Spray was out of the water.

A big factor is that when ss goes bad it is sneaky, it gives no warning.

Norm, I think the time that you lost the anchor, was when you and Jan visited 
me at the Marlin Club marina at Beaufort and you were anchored over near the 
big bridge at Morehead. 

Having a SS swivel for me is not a big electrolysis problem since the anchor 
doesn't stay in the water for long periods.
