Thanks Ken. Crux of the problem heh: to define "the incidental rights of anchorage and mooring"?
I've lived in a few countries long enough to become well acquainted with their culture and moors. In all of them, the gypsy was a second class citizen. In some cultures (including right here in the US), you could live for many years in the same place and still be considered an outsider. The person who lives in a trailer next to their neighbor's $400K house is trash. Come from the wrong side of the tracks and... More and more laws to define how and were people will live in order to "get along" and "fit in" with the majority. Anywhere so long as it's NIMBY (not in my backyard). Norm made a good point about how the independent person is at once praised and reviled. That's the great shame.
