So if one said "there exists a right to own 
property", the proper response should be "for how 
long does that right apply"?

Screwing around with the definitions and adding 
gobbledygook leagaease to try to "get around" the 
law the way it was written is not a clever thing 
to do, it is immoral and criminal, IMHO.

No rights are absolute, but the "exceptions" must 
be spelled out from the git go or they must be 
fitted in with the big picture of the contested 
rights by a democratic and legal process, if they 
are not then the "exceptions" don't exist.  -Ken
