Cayo Costa, South Seas Plantation, and Cabbage Key are only reachable by water.
Gasperilla Island, Punta Gorda, Port Charlotte can all be reached by land. I am
sure they will allow you to park a car there, but don't know if they charge.
What makes this place outstanding? ....
