OK, stupid question time. Witchcraft does not have a masthead anchor light,
which has not been a problem so far as, in the past, we have always grabbed
a mooring or slip at night, or anchored during daytime with a day shape.

So here is the question. Will a light hung from a halyard satisfy the
anchor light requirements? Maybe one of those Davis Mega-Lites, or a
lantern? The "where best seen" part makes me wonder.
