The USS Momsen is on scene. < http://www.strategypage.com/military_photos/201102051916.aspx > This is the missile frigate USS Momsen destroying pirate skiffs on February 4th after an attempted attack on a tanker. She is in company with the cruiser USS Bunker Hill. Let us hope that they can rescue the American citizens aboard the sailboat. This will be more difficult as the pirates are in-charge of the pleasure craft. It will probably depend upon US Marine and SEAL assets available to the task force.
