The local news folks had a field day yesterday keeping their "breaking
news" stories
updated.

Interviews with friends, yacht club members and their parish priests
helped to flesh out
the background.

There was a definite missionary zeal driving their round the world
sail.

They had taken advanced religious studies leading to an advanced
degree for the man.

They carried bibles in several languages to pass out to the "natives"
as they traveled.

Whether this zeal influenced their decision to beard the lion's den so
to speak,
by traveling alone directly into a known fundamentalist Muslim part of
the world with it's
known distain of Christianity will remain unknown, but IMHO, it had to
have some influence
on their decision to sail directly into pirate infested waters.
