I experimented with a heat gun, propane torch and a Coleman catalytic heater. All worked but my plan for the weekend, weather permitting, is to use the catalytic with my wife on the inside with the heat gun if necessary. I had to hold the heater about 1/2" off the surface and kept it moving( I practiced on some scrap) but it did do the job. The temp is published as 325 degrees to bend but I measured a little less when it began to bend.

Thanks for the info. I have to get a slight curve - about a 1 1/2" cord depth in the windows, (about 30x18) in the 3/8" plexi. I can't seem to locate the document explaining the step by step process but here is a link to the product page http://usa.sika.com/en/solutions_products/01/01a006/01a006sa03/01a006sa03100 /01a006sa03104.html Several other owners on the PDQ group have re-glazed their panels using these products. You can get everything from Defender. Bob PDQ 36 Peace
