This is a repeat of earlier rants about Foley. I also previously replied that,
back in the early 1990's, I bought a Perkins 4-108 from Foley and had
absolutely no problems, including the return of the old engine for credit.
Although I don't in any way dispute other folks' experiences with Foley, I feel
it is only fair to report that I had none of those issues.

I have dealt with them a few times in the recent past (I can visit their shop
which is only 35 miles from home), again with no problems. They certainly are
not "touchy-feely", but have been business-liike and professional in my
dealings with them.

I don't at all dispute the reports of others who have had less than positive
experiences with Foley, but I think it's only fair to report that I have not
had that experience.
