Are there likely to be more encodings for LLRP? How would the naming
likely work?

Should the abstract be considered an "encoding?" That would add another level
encoding/abstract
encoding/binary

abstract vs. encoding in that light seems to make more sense?

either way we lose the concept of llrpdef.xml being a common source
for various possible encodings.
