That clears it up Toby. I had the wrong stk library I had incorrectly
thought we were using this one:

I couldn't understand what mallets would need a set-top-kit for... makes
much more sense now.
This obviously changes the very nature of my original question, sorry for
the confusion.
Does it have any other names it has historically gone by? MacPorts names
sometimes differ. :)
I'm not opposed to downloading and compiling it either, this just happens
to be one of the "rainy day" items I'd like to get working so I had asked
about its bundling under the false assumption it was no longer maintained.
