Another option I've considered would be, that we'd also implement actual
note volume, and use note volume for both accent and actual note volume:
values 0-100 adjust note volume from 0-100%, whereas values 101-200 keep
volume at 100% but add various amounts of accent on top of it.

Not sure if that'd be useful? I know I'd sometimes like to be able to
play quieter notes with the LB302, without twiddling with the volume
knob. Also, if we keep the switch, then I'm not sure if it should also
affect note volume, and how "always on" would work with it...
