To be completely honest, I'm not entirely sure what the accent feature does
or would do, mostly because I've only used the plugin in it's current form,
and only in LMMS. My recommendation for the toggle was less out of
preference and more out of supporting both proposals since you offered
great reasons for both behaviors/features.
