Then you only read the lower note with an automation... May be a 
solution in theory, but I feel like this will make the playback glitchy 
or slow...

I mean, even if two notes are played at the same time, they're processed 
one after the other, so the final automation will be the one of the final.
But I see that this can be kinda confusing. What about using this only 
for the accent in LB302, which is mono?

Now I see what you meant for per-note automation.
