The build was done with 14.04 of kubuntu.
I tried just now to build with the yet unreleased 14.10 and all the
dependencies were there.

14.04 is the long term release so I guess there is a point in getting
it to work there though.
Ackording to packages.ubuntu.com the versions in 14.04 are:
lilv 0.16 and suil 0.6.16
