latest commit also includes support for output control ports -> gui 
sending. Calf level meters work now :).

I'm rather new to multi branch git projects - a few days ago I tried to 
merge last commits to master into lv2 branch and something went 
completely wrong. So, I've started from master again, applied my patches 
and recreated lv2 branch...
Later I'll spend more time to learn git...
