Hi, building now for first time. 

Got unknown include file in lv2host.h:

#include "lv2extui.h"

Zero results on Google.
Where can I find it?

If it turns out that "lv2extui.h" requires some extraordinary step
 such as using a fork of LV2, it would be worthwhile to make such 
 extensions a MusE configuration option, so that 'regular' builds just work.  
You could autodetect the required software in our cmake files.

Yeah, I remember now. The heated discussions about extensions.

I thought I just read that without these extensions, we miss several 
 good synths but beyond that nothing much else uses the extensions, 
 nor are they officially supposed to.

Ugh. Synth GUIs. As someone said, always a bit of a mess...
